Best fit for you
Interdental brushes come in a variety of sizes, from our smallest size of 0.4 mm to our biggest at 1.5 mm. The size relates to the size of the gap between the teeth. Since not all interdental spaces are the same, it’s important to always choose the right size brush that fits comfortably between your teeth.
Healthy smiles
Healthy and confident smiles require regular cleaning of your teeth and generally a toothbrush is just not enough to maintain health. Take advantage of the practical design of our interdental brushes to help put a smile back on your face. For best results we recommend daily use, making sure you gently clean between all teeth.
Using your interdental brush
When using your interdental brush, make sure you do not force the brush between your teeth. Instead, be gentle and ease the brush head into the gap. Once it’s successfully between the teeth – move the brush back and forth a couple of times before rinsing and moving onto the next tooth.
Flexible and adaptable cleaning
Small interdental brushes have a flexible brush neck allowing you to push the neck and ease the brush into the interdental space. The larger sizes of interdental brushes can be curved, providing more coverage and ease of insertion in hard to reach areas – especially at the back of the mouth, where a normal toothbrush cannot reach.
Longevity of brush
To keep your brush lasting as long aspossible, remember to only shape the brush a limited number of times, especially if you use a large interdental brush.

Works well with braces
My son uses this brush type to clean between his braces and teeth and has found them to last well and withstand the braces. They are wide in size, making them ideal for a brace, however I have tried to floss with them and can’t. They have handy covers making them easy to transport as single brushes, whilst keeping them clean and hygienic. They are easy to use and really easy to clean, lasting many uses. They were priced well too.

Better than floss
Have used these for ages on the recommendation of my dentist. I find them easier to use than floss, and more effective.Make sure you get the correct size for the gaps between your teeth. (start small and work up to the biggest that will fit without forcing). I have ended up using four different sizes for different teeth(!).They are a bit pricey, though.

Hard to find size
I have found this size hard to find in the shops so I purchase this size online. As you get better at cleaning your teeth with tee pee brushes the gaps get bigger and you need to change the sizes that you use. I use four different sizes to clean between my teeth and I always get good commendation from my dentist and hygienists at how good my teeth and gums are. I no longer have any gum disease with my regular teeth cleaning routine. I also use an electric toothbrush twice a day.

TePe Inter-dental brushes
This is an item I have used many times before and I was replacing my depleted stock. Different colours of brush relate to different diameters of wire, which in turn correspond to the gap between ones teeth.Note, different manufacturers use slightly different wire sizes for the same brush colour. I prefer this make as it fits the gaps between my teeth.As the price varies between suppliers of the same manufacturer, best value for money is obtained by shopping around and bearing in mind delivery cost.
